Wow! This month is just flying by! Z will be 2 years old at the end of the March and I am wondering where on earth the past two years went! It feels like it was just yesterday I was feeling Z kick and do somersaults in my belly, and now his little bother is in there doing the exact some thing. One thing's for sure, the second pregnancy is very different from the first.
The new nursery has a dresser and a crib in it now, but it's still nowhere near ready for the baby to arrive. We're hoping to use some small chunks on time on weeknights to get it cleaned out and start decorating soon.
That said, here's our super simple meal plan for this week:
Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili with Cornbread - In the slow-cooker now. It smells awesome!
Spaghetti and Meatballs with Roasted Broccoli - ALL the ingredients for the spaghetti are on sale - score!
Hearty Spinach Salad with Baguette - Spinach, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and avocado (not pictured - oops!) topped with sesame seeds and chia seeds and served with an organic dressing. This one by Amy's is my favorite.
